(1) The amount received for the bond shall not be spent on any other work except as written in this regulation. If it is found that the expenditure has been incurred, the relevant fund and accounting controller office should send it in writing to the taluk office. If it is found to have been spent on personal use or if it is not filed within the prescribed time according to this regulation, the Damasahi shall collect from the head of the office and the head of the financial administration branch, including the penalty for the failure and the failure. The amount of fine collected in this way will be deposited in the revenue account.
(2) For the bond to be kept for a special purpose determined by the Comptroller General's Office, a separate account should be opened with the approval of the relevant Fund and Accounts Comptroller's Office and spent by completing the procedures prescribed by the same office.
